Terms & Conditions — nustqr Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and nustqr ("nustqr," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our") concerning your access to and use of the nustqr online gaming platform accessible at nustqr.net and all subdomains, pages, and services associated therewith.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox presented during onboarding, accessing any feature of the nustqr platform after the effective date of these Terms, or by depositing funds and participating in any game or betting market offered by nustqr, you confirm that you have read and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing nustqr on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To create an account on nustqr and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation applicable to Filipino players under Philippine law and under the PAGCOR-regulated gaming framework. nustqr strictly enforces this age requirement and will request government-issued identification documents during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity — registering an account in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of nustqr or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or game suppliers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from nustqr or had your account permanently closed by nustqr for any reason related to fraudulent activity, collusion, or a material breach of these Terms.

nustqr reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nustqr support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) nustqr account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identification document, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account profile if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustqr login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. nustqr will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify nustqr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, nustqr requires all account holders to complete identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, PRC ID, or UMID. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the period specified by nustqr may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All financial transactions on the nustqr platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). nustqr currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank, and Security Bank. Supported methods are subject to change; the current list of available payment options is displayed in the Cashier section of your nustqr account.

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction in the nustqr Cashier. Deposits processed via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your nustqr balance immediately. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business hours depending on the originating institution's processing schedule. nustqr does not accept cash deposits, money orders, or any anonymous payment instruments.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the requesting account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. nustqr targets a processing window of five (5) to thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals on verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) to two (2) business days.

Anti-Money Laundering: nustqr complies with applicable AML regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, delay any withdrawal pending investigation, and report suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities where legally required. Depositing funds with no intention of genuine gaming activity constitutes a suspicious transaction and may result in account termination.

nustqr offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit requirements, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions. Specific promotion terms are published on the relevant promotion page within the nustqr platform and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement (e.g., "30x"), this means the combined total of the bonus amount and the deposited amount (or the bonus amount only, as specified) must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution percentages per game type are specified in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: nustqr employs automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using different accounts; structured betting patterns designed to minimize risk while fulfilling wagering requirements; collusion between multiple accounts; and exploiting software errors or calculation glitches. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, nustqr reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to permanently close the offending account(s).

nustqr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use by eligible players only and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned.

All games offered on the nustqr platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, using physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the nustqr system. Disconnection during a game round does not void the round; the game engine will complete the round according to its pre-determined logic, and the result will be reflected in your account history upon reconnection.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or system failure that causes an incorrect result to be displayed or an incorrect payout to be credited, nustqr reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings arising from a clearly erroneous payout (e.g., an announced jackpot figure that is mathematically impossible under the game's published RTP and jackpot mechanics) are not payable and any such amounts mistakenly credited will be reversed.

Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game on nustqr has published minimum and maximum bet limits visible in the game interface. nustqr reserves the right to apply individual account-level bet limits where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.

By participating in any game on nustqr, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are not guaranteed, and that past performance of any game is not indicative of future results.

nustqr is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set from Account Settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that trigger an in-platform notification after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 24 hours, up to 12 months) or permanent account closure for responsible gaming reasons. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one (1) hour of receipt by nustqr support.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing session duration and net wagering activity can be enabled from Account Settings.

nustqr enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Gambling by persons under 21 years of age is absolutely prohibited on the nustqr platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nustqr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, interact with, or extract data from the nustqr platform without express written authorization.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or sharing hole card information in live dealer games.
• Using the nustqr platform or its payment infrastructure to launder money, process criminal proceeds, or circumvent financial reporting obligations under Philippine law.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or loopholes in the nustqr system to obtain funds or advantages not intended by the platform design. Discovery of any such vulnerability must be reported to nustqr support immediately rather than exploited.
• Registering or operating more than one nustqr account, or registering an account using false identity information.
• Accessing the nustqr platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, intimidation, or abusive conduct toward nustqr support staff, live dealer hosts, or other players in any nustqr chat feature.

All content on the nustqr platform — including but not limited to the nustqr name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, layout, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of nustqr or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nustqr platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any nustqr content or software; scrape or crawl the nustqr platform for any purpose; or frame the nustqr platform within any other website or application without express written consent.

Any unauthorized use of nustqr intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal claims for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustqr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the nustqr platform, including without limitation: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of profits; interruption of service; or any other intangible losses.

nustqr's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nustqr account during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nustqr makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use the nustqr platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit nustqr's liability for death or personal injury caused by nustqr's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

nustqr collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the nustqr platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, nustqr collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify player identity (KYC), process financial transactions, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and provide customer support. nustqr does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with essential service providers (payment processors, identity verification vendors, game studios) under contractual data protection agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by nustqr, subject to nustqr's legal obligations to retain certain records. Data access requests should be directed to [email protected].

nustqr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any incorporated policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment transaction from your linked payment method.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Mandatory closure required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than confirmed fraud or a material breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending AML review.

You may close your nustqr account voluntarily at any time by contacting nustqr support. If the closure is motivated by responsible gaming concerns, nustqr will process the closure as a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact nustqr support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. nustqr commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. The majority of account, payment, and gameplay disputes are resolved at this stage.

Formal Complaints: If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You and nustqr agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any disputes not resolved through arbitration.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

nustqr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nustqr will notify active account holders via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the nustqr platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the nustqr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the nustqr platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

nustqr may make non-material corrections or clarifications to these Terms at any time without specific prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect player rights in a material way.
